Platform User Agreement.

• XioRIDE is a marketplace connecting customers with vehicle rental companies.
• Vehicles belong to third-party companies, not XioRIDE.
• The rental agreement is strictly between the Customer and the Vehicle Company.

Users must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete the platform identity verification.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment. Prices include all company charges; any platform fees or commissions are absorbed within the listed rates unless stated otherwise.

XioRIDE is not responsible for vehicle condition, accident damages, mechanical failure, or driver misconduct. These are governed by the direct Rental Agreement with the provider.

XioRIDE reserves the right to suspend accounts for fraud, fake documentation, or abuse of the chargeback system.
