XioRIDE | Premium Vehicle Rentals in Northern and Eastern Provinces, Sri Lanka

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the XioRIDE Rental Platform and booking a vehicle, you agree to be bound by this Rental Agreement. Our services are provided strictly subject to your compliance with these terms.

2. Eligibility & Verification

To utilize our elite fleet, you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license. All users must undergo our verification process.

Accurate personal information is mandatory.
Self-drive renters must upload clear images of their license.
XioRIDE reserves the right to refuse service based on verification results.

3. Rental Period

The rental period starts and ends strictly at the times defined in your booking. Late returns may incur hourly penalties or be considered unauthorized use after 24 hours.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle, subject to deduction rules for fines, damage, or cleaning.

5. Insurance & Excess

Vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. An excess fee (e.g., LKR 50,000) applies to all damage claims. Certain items like interior damage or illegal use are NOT covered.

6. Reservation & Cancellation

Reservations are confirmed only upon manual approval or successful payment processing.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the trip start date are eligible for a full refund.
Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the reservation value.
"No-shows" will be charged the full reservation amount.

7. Permitted Use & Liability

Vehicles must be used in a lawful manner within the designated geographical boundaries. The following specific conditions apply:

Geographical LimitsVehicles are based in Northern and Eastern Provinces, Sri Lanka, and are permitted for use anywhere across the island. Prior written consent is required for long-distance travel outside these provinces for maintenance monitoring.
Prohibited UseVehicles must not be used for racing, off-roading, towing, or transporting illegal substances. Sub-leasing or allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Damage & MaintenanceThe renter is responsible for maintaining fluid levels and tire pressure. Any mechanical issues must be reported immediately.
Financial LiabilityThe renter is personally liable for all traffic fines, toll charges, and parking violations incurred during the rental period.

8. Cleaning & Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited. A professional cleaning fee of LKR 15,000 will be charged if the interior is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

9. Data Privacy

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We collect information necessary to facilitate your journey and ensure the security of our fleet.
